Pokemon Champions Regulation M-C Team Builder
Start building for Regulation M-C before ranked usage data is available. The theorycrafting format combines the current Regulation M-B pool with the September M-C additions, including Rillaboom, Indeedee, Toxtricity, Salamence, Golisopod, Baxcalibur and the three Z Megas.
New additions are intentionally unranked. Existing Pokemon retain their M-B usage context, so you can explore matchups without presenting guesses as M-C statistics.
What is confirmed so far
The announced roster adds new terrain setters, the Galar starters, Mega Salamence, Mega Golisopod and Mega Baxcalibur alongside Mega Absol Z, Mega Lucario Z and Mega Garchomp Z. The builder also includes the new held items, including terrain seeds, Air Balloon, Rocky Helmet and Leek.
Regulation M-C runs from September 9, 2026 at 02:00 UTC to December 2, 2026 at 01:59 UTC. Mega Golisopod has Tough Claws and Mega Baxcalibur has Thermal Exchange. The new Pokémon use confirmed Champions learnsets, including Pawmot with Double Shock and Revival Blessing. Ten curated move recommendations help each new form get started while M-C usage data is unavailable.
How the preview treats data
M-B usage remains useful for established threats, but it is not M-C evidence. The new Pokemon therefore have no fabricated usage rank, common spread, item share, or teammate rate. Those fields will move to real M-C data only after a reliable source is available. Their curated move lists are editorial recommendations, not measured battle data.
Mega Lucario Z has Aura Guard, which halves damage from contact moves. Its base Lucario ability and Mega Stone remain separate parts of the saved build.
